    Pros

Co-workers were nice A lot of young fun workers with great ideas Learned a lot about business and marketing

    Cons

-No work life balance, for a pay of 45K you were expected to work crazy amount of hours and always be on your email. Your work is your life there. -The managers are always pushing for more ideas and "great" work but when it comes to review time there was always an excuse why you wouldn't get that excellent review or that promotion. It seemed like we had to fight for a great review and it was never offered no matter what. -Most managers lack leadership skills, most of these managers got to where they are by who can suck up to who. -They do not take managers lack of respect seriously-even though they have the code of conduct on no bullying, the amount of bullying that goes on in that place was disgusting. You really need a thick skin to work in this environment.

    Pros

Nice people to work with, kept busy with heavy work load makes the day go faster. Flexible autonomy in merchandising creates nice creative challenge.

    Cons

Horrible management, don't care about customer service. Heavy work load with little pay. Offered employee discount if training done. Did not receive one. Not enough labour on the sales floor.

    Advice to Management

Become more customer service orienteed or lose market share to target. Too much focus on stocking. Spend time developing employees careers to reduce turnover.
