  1. Fine, its a nice place to start out, and as such can be a bit daunting because others are more experienced.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Good pay, people, and opportunities.
Located in a very nice area of Toronto (Yonge and Eglington)

    Cons

    lacking a sense of community
the kind of environment where everyone sits at their cubicle for most of the day, no common rooms for relaxing or chatting with co-workers.

    Advice to Management

Break down old fashioned barriers (like cubicles with high walls), and hire young people.

    Pros

great company culture, excellent training and support throughout daily work. decent work life balance, overtime is rare and some flexibility regarding time off

    Cons

limited opportunity for advancement due to size of company and number of eligible candidates. pay is average for the industry.

    Advice to Management

Need to look into way of better developing and retaining talent. Turnover is higher than average, mostly due to not very attractive compensation package.
