Pros

Benefits and 401k with company match. A leader within it's field. Specialized industry with lots of opportunity in the Chicagoland area. Work with multiple industries including financial and insurance industries. All types of job opportunities including collections, sales, customer processing, accounting, operations, ect. Accessability to senior management, if desired, is also a positive.

Cons

Poor working enviroment. Lazy, unqualified middle management without accountability. Most Cananwill middle management and senior management are more concerned with their own career advancement rather than the profitabilty of the organization. Too much decision making ability has been given to these unqualified individuals with their own interests at heart. Corporate policy made with ego and emotion rather than client focus and profitability leads to poor decision making.

Advice to Senior Management

Rid organization of entrenched middle management that have led the company down the wrong path. Too much dead weight.
