I have been working at Cancer Research UK full-time for more than a year

Pros – Challenging working environment, highly motivated and dedicated staff who are committed to working for a very good cause. There is also an excellent work life balance. Everyone is very supportive and the working environment is highly collegiate.

Cons – There are not many downsides of the organisation; but if I was pushed I would say that it takes quite a long time to progress in the company. Also, the salary is lower than equivalent jobs in the private sector but that's to be expected.

Advice to Senior Management – Clearer staff progression guidelines
