Pros

Good location, decent hours, relativily stable environment, not hard work. Some opportunity to travel for business development. Exempt employees are allowed alevel of flexibility

Cons

Very little personel development
A throwback to the old boy (or girl) network. Not really promoted based upon performance but how well you cater to someone else in a higher position.
Work is not very challenging.
Low pay in relation to oter companies offering a similar product
