I have been working at Canon Solutions America full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

time off is ok ya

Cons

no chance of making good money- even if you are really good at your job- you can hit the standards for a promotion and they still dont give raise- then they will hire people making more than you -i look and my friends are look too 3 peoples quit this year in 3 months

Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop offering a "package" when you find a better job-pay more and watch your persons stay

    I have been working at Canon Solutions America full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good company to work for as long as you are not working for the New Orleans area. Compensation, benefits are excellence.

    Cons

    Leadership in the New Orleans is awful...they talk about working as team and far from it and no clue on how to motivate the morale of the employees in order to provide a better experiences for the customer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need training on removing the "I" out of team work and the GM definitely needs training on how to use the units has no clue whatsoever.
