Cons

Compensation is below the industry standard. Chain of command and politics can be convoluted. Many hands in the pot which causes delay in action.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to praise employees and allow independent work completion. Salaries aren't keeping people so the work environment needs to be more engaging.
