Benefits and 401K. If Amercian, you can get away with working 9-5, but dont expect to get promoted unless your a political dynamo.

Cons

Japanese think poorly of Americans and refuse to share information, especially about strategy, which is non-existent. Morale is exceptionally low and fear of downsizing is present constantly.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to Amercian Management. Japanese have no clue how to sell products in USA and dont want to hear or care to hear any ideas although the President of company is always saying he does.
