Strong culture, entrepreneurial and rewarding

Senior Managing Director (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsFor the finance professional with superior client relationships and market experience. Very entrepreneurial firm, flat structure and notable commission platform. Sales force have the ability to dictate what they get paid, if they are willing to put in the time. Fixed Income business is only 7-8 years old, and essentially feels like a start up in many regards – considerable room for growth and career advancement. This is a prestigious organization that has done fairly well during the crisis. When calling on customers, they instantly recognize the Cantor name, brand and longstanding history in finance.

ConsVery small, lean teams –little room for fat anywhere in the company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
