Pros

great coworkers, awesome management, very understanding of employee personal situations.

Cons

not much opportunity for advancement. very little slots for full time hours, in certain positions.

    I worked at Canyon Ranch full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Benefits are great and the poeple you work with are awesome. Great vibe and they encourage employees to take advantage of all facilities and services.

    Cons

    They hired many employees from the J-1 hospitality school. They didnt speak english very well and took hours away from current employees.

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

    Access to world class facilities and classes that other people pay $1000/night for.
    Many caring employees across the company.
    Decent benefits.
    Flexible hours.

    Cons

    Little room for advancement or pay increases.
    Salaries are less than the industry.
    Lots of turnover.
    No 401k matching.
    Sometimes inequitable treatment of employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Institute regular performance reviews and salary reviews. Begin succession planning for all employees. Increase accountability for all positions. More communication overall.
