    Pros

    Family like atmosphere. Really supportive staff members. Wholesome product. Honesty and integrity is high.

    Cons

    If your personality fits the job description then there aren't many cons. But if you are not friendly, don't like to walk, are unable to communicate well then don't bother.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't undercut your sales team with internet coupons. Your sales reps should have the best deal. Not the internet.

    Pros

    A stepping stone job to pay the bills and stay off unemployment.

    Cons

    Little to no benefits. Great inequality as to which workers get benefits.
    Alienation between employees and management.
    Unclear directives and goals.
    No team meetings or appreciation.
    Expendable employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communication of company's mission and goals.
    Internal marketing so employees know what is going on with the company.
    Owners need to recognize the value of their assets: their employees! It is important to smile, say hello to your receptionist every day; remember people's names.
    Develop action plans for employees to succeed.
    Take time to research and plan before jumping to action and wasting money.
    Work hard at improving company's quality control - produce consistently looks bad and tastes bland! If this doesn't improve - company will burn out the market. Remember one bad customer affects 10 others.
    Showing consistent appreciation to the employee.
    Hiring the right and qualified individual for the position.
