Pros

great discount, especially if you're a dancer. Discount is the wholesale price+2. Great people, some are even my closest friends now. Managers at all 4 stores in SD are cool. Schedules are very flexible. Offers a $2 "bonus" for every 4 items sold and it can add up.

Cons

The customers who come in are often times rude. Owner doesn't know what the heck he's doing most of the time and doesn't let the manager order when stocks run low. Often times lacking the more popular sizes of shoes, tights and leotards for dancers. Owner talks down to the managers making them feel bad. Bad lighting in my store. No advance for ANY pay raises. Oldschool written receipts.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep on top of the stock situation. Update the regester system and switch to a computer so you know what sizes are need
