    New leadership raises doubts

Current Employee - Principal in Brussels (Belgium)
Current Employee - Principal in Brussels (Belgium)

I have been working at Capgemini Consulting full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Most of the community remains down to earth and disconnects with unfunded dreams of grandeur of the new leadership.

    Cons

We can't be like a Unysis or a PWC , but we have a long way to go to become a contender to BCG. We profoundly lack a vision and cannot rely on relationships. That's a thing of the past!
The biggest risk is to see small MBO or defectors to other company, like it is happening in Cap NL where a bunch of very smart guys are defecting to Deloitte, in group!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The dining and wining years of getting deals through relationships are well over. VPs should add value in terms of real knowledge, insight, advice, not chasing any deal for the sake of making numbers.

    Negative Outlook
