Great technical staff to work with. Very competent technical teams.

Cons

Poor sr. mgmt that produces contracts that are very difficult to meet. Upper management do not care about the people who do really great work.

Advice to Senior Management

Recognize the great workers that you have in the company. Recognize that moving all jobs to India means losing clients due to lack of quality work ethics.
