    Pros

Provided unique opportunities to place resources to the client in Detroit

    Cons

Did not meet the finacial expectation for travel consultants.

    Advice to Management

Enhance middle level management leadship skills to place qualified people to right positions instead of just place leads based on their seniority.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Project opportunities have variety. There are sparks of positive leadership peppered throughout like hidden gems.

    Cons

The culture and leadership tactics are not focused on a "people first" mentality: Engagements are more important than the people involved in them. Just in time hiring is tactical and not strategic resulting in a narrow competency base with limited consulting "soft-skill" strength.

    Advice to Management

Your people are the products you sell, they should be exalted and put on a pedestal and taken care of in every way possible. Instead they are marginalized, underdeveloped and treated as commodities. Change that.
