“Not so bad, not so good either!”
Current Employee – been working at Capgemini full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Can't think of many! Work environment is good.
Cons – Not much growth opportunity after a certain level.
Advice to Senior Management – The experience of the people, their designation and the role they play should match, else there will not be any job satisfaction.
