I have been working at Capgemini (more than 5 years)

Pros

It is a very nice atmosphere. There are very nice colleagues who also serve with problems. Of course it is very dependent on the project, but most of them are very nice

Cons

Unfortunately, the content is only slightly above the average, but the future looks good

    Pros

    Work culture is good , flexible working hours ,seniors are supportive

    Cons

    pay very less to fresher . it pays less than 3/4 of other companies
