Capgemini – “Ahem ahem...”

Pros

Capgemini has excellent work culture. In India, it has a young workforce which makes it an energetic place to work at.

Cons

Management doesn't care much about the employees. It's focus is at the business it is getting; fullstop.Facilities are just ok. food, recreation etc can be improved. Do try to have a fair appraisal system. It shudn't be dependent on just one individual,peer feedback shud be included.

Advice to Senior Management

Do work on the feedback given by the employees.
