I worked at Capgemini full-time for more than a year

Pros

Nice work culture and opportunity to learn and grow individually.

Cons

Only thing i saw there is they frequently ask the employees to join in mumbai....

    I have been working at Capgemini full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Its a very big company and you will get good exposure, specially for starters.
    Morgan account is one of the best , but it will depend on your project and ppl u interact to get a positive vibe.

    Cons

    Given its big structure and over 40thousand emplyees , Salary hike is always a concern.. (But thats always the case with bigger companies), Distance as well ,

    Pros

    1. No firing or termination 2. Flexible work hours 3. Good working environment

    Cons

    1. Good amount of politics within team; anyway, that company cannot help 2. You grow only if you have a good rapport with your manager, even though how much how much better performer you are.

    Here, atleast in some teams, the appraisal is happening looking at your face. The Appraisal process is only a formality there. Ahead of the appraisal process itself, N's rating might have fixed. Please take an action to control this.
