It was amazing to work with Capgemini

Pros1. Organized people
2. Fixed date for your hike letter
3. Very good hike every year
4. Good appraisal system

Cons1. Need more onsite opportunities.
2. Something working in a client location for a long time is boring
3. No extra benefit given if you work at client place.
4. If you are working at client place, no recognition of your work at both the places.

Advice to Senior ManagementNothing to share

    Pros: Excellent working environment Good career growth for the freshers Good amount of… Cons: Very less salary as compared to the market (freshers) Less on-site opportunities as they recruit the guys… Advice to Senior Management: HR guys need to upgrade the salary structure of guys who are joining at fresher… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
