I have been working at Capgemini full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Opportunities to work cross-USA (although main concentration is in the East), and globally (large presence in the UK and France). Building strong alliances with vendors such as AWS, SAP etc.

    Cons

Treat people like commodities. Will dispose of you as soon as they have no further use for you. Internally they are fighting between Business Units and cannot get cross-BU sales to operate efficiently due to internal dis-organization. This typically shows itsef in front of a client when they have to deal with multiple VPs representing different parts of the Capgemini Group.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to work on a single responsible owner in front of the client and stop the inter-BU games that appear to be being played out.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
