People, culture and career prospects. The compensation and benefits are at par with the industry standards. Its a global brand which is well known all over the world.

Cons

As with every consulting company the travel can be very hectic. Career growth and raises are very minimal. The bonus structure is not very attractive. If you come in at a lower salary it takes a while to get to the average salary structure in your paygrade. Salary extremes at every level are huge.

Advice to Senior Management

Please look at people who have been serving Capgemini for a long tome now and make sure they are happy. Have a sincere people agenda not just a propoganda.
