The best thing about Capgemini Consulting is the traveling and consulting. Capgemini has a lot of good Fortune-500 clients all across the country.

Cons

There's little to no career progression at Capgemini. As long as your current skills are in demand, you are fine. Don't expect Capgemini to cross-train or cross-hire you. The salaries aren't the as good as what other consulting firms offer.
