Reward based solidly on performance not brown nosing
No old boys network, old school tie etc
Varied and stimulating work

Cons

Old fashioned, low quality office environment with frequent maintenance problems
Very sales focused culture which has its good points but also some downsides (lack of intellectual capital)
Lowish salaries

Advice to Senior Management

Not everyone needs to be a flashy, second hand car salesman - we need those quieter types with thorough market knowledge too.
