Pros

- Decent people.
- Plenty of scope for movement between teams.
- Focused on getting the job done.
- Job Security

Cons

- Poor remuneration
- Little non salary related benefits
- No long term career progression
- Poor communication.
- Poor study programme.
- Management often consist of unqualified people due to "face fitting".
- Company has a sistemic policy of chucking money at problems

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to staff and try and try to reward hard workers with better benefits.

    Pros

    Some absolutely excellent people. Very committed and dedicated. Very non hierarchical which means that if a person is good they can excel and be recognised.

    Cons

    Very little reuse anywhere within Capita between different areas or contracts. Rely on the few good people to deliver. Very cost focused which impacts on employee morale when people are not rewarded when they perform well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Create a best practices repository. Share information/templates/ways of delivering services so learning can be reused and same mistakes are not made again elsewhere. Put in a clear career path and training programme. invest in staff.
