Great

Portfolio Control Analyst (Former Employee)
Los Angeles, CA

ProsGreat benefits and salary
Teamwork greatly encouraged and very effectively managed
Management was very communicative & available
Performance reviews were very efficient and well done
Efficiency was a priority, but no one was too stuffy or unreasonable
There were a lot of learning opportunities offered and available within the company; but they also encouraged (and paid for!) learning and charitable activities that took place outside the company.

ConsSometimes there was too much discussion and communication.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Not like it used to be (from what I have heard)

    Level III IT (Former Employee)
    Los Angeles, CA

    I worked at Capital Group

Pros: Very comfortable setting, with many basic food infrastructure (paper plates, plastic ware, snakes, espresso, coffee). I felt respect from my direct manager. stable… Cons: Directionless. Too many unnecessary meetings. Too slow to innovate IT technology Too difficult too land a job (if your a contractor), doesn't matter if your good. Too much middle… Advice to Senior Management: This is a tough one because management really doesn't have much choice. But I would ask them to encourage more open dialog with there… More
