Current Employee – been working at Capital IQ
Pros – Management cultivates a relaxed, comfortable environment and an strong team mentality is the result. Employees are always treated with respect.
Cons – Compensation at the firm is decent, but tends not to be in the same league as that of Capital IQ's clients.
Advice to Senior Management – My experience with management at Capital IQ has been generally positive over the past few years. Keep up the good work.
