    Pros

    - The benefits are outstanding - The annual raises are a high percentage of your salary - Promotions are based on skill and visibility, not tenure - The voice of the employee is valued - Ideas our encouraged and rewarded - The environment is professional and still fun - The doors to management are wide open - The schedules are fantastic; no weekends and no graveyard shift

    Cons

There could be more focus put on improving the morale of contingent associates.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the incredible work! Don't ever forget how valuable your employees are. Don't ever sacrifice the open doors for any other priority.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Flexible hours when you need it Wages are strong Intelligent staff throughout the organization Very community-minded with all kinds of great activities

    Cons

Promotions based on who you know vs. work accomplished Culture is deteriorating Strong players have all left Weak leadership throughout the organization (not valued)

    Advice to Management

Manage more than one layer below you. Understand all levels of your employees to see what's truly happening. Throughout my time there, I was amazed at how little upper management truly knew about employees beyond their direct reports. This created a culture of employees being "afraid" to speak out in any way against their direct managers. You lose a lot of great employees this way.
