Capital One Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Capital One for more than 3 years

Pros – Great work/life balance, and the culture they try to cultivate is great

Cons – Not all employees live by the values, if they did it would be even better

Advice to Senior Management – Don't be so tolerant of bad employees, the good ones have to suffer because so many aren't abiding by the values that Capital One tries to set forth. That is probably the most frustrating part of my job.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
