I worked at Capital One full-time for less than a year

Pros – Big company, fair pay, nice facilities. plenty of training opportunities.

Cons – Work load is overwhelming. Don't expect to have a normal 40 hr/wk life. For analyst type of work, whether associate or manager, people work overtime all the time. Think twice if you want a healthy life.

Advice to Senior Management – Reduce your office politics.
