    I worked at Capital One as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    I got a job as a teller here with less than one year of work experience.
    Pay is decent
    Managment is generally pretty flexible and doesn't get on your case.

    Cons

    The company is changing alot and this may cause some uncertainty in the next year. There doesn't seem to be as much of a family feel as there is with other financial companies.

    Very professional and profitable company. 401k contributions are excellent.

    Base salary for existing employees are never reviewed or bump up to meet market price.

    Salaries should be reviewed at least once a year with a increase of more than 3%
