Pros

Capital One analysts are exceptionally bright. Their management philosophy is at the leading edge . Very enjoyable place to work.

Cons

The downside of working at Capital One is that you're competing for positions with some exceptionally bright people. So, opportunities for growth are limited compared to with other companies.

    Pros

Managers are here for employee's, Great Benefit's, 401K with match, vacations, holidays, etc. Wish I was able to stay longer, but Company is leaving my town.

    Cons

Tough to get into, have to know someone or be bought by another company. If they aquire your company, not quite treated like "family" for quite some time.
