“company review”
I have been working at Capital One full-time for more than a year
Pros – open culture, Chances to go abroad are higher, pay attention to extra curricular activities, wor life balance is good
Cons – hard to find in such a good company
Advice to Senior Management – management is very active, take care of the juniors and take care of work life balance not disrupted of each individual
