Typical large company of tip-toe dancing politics and lack of diversity

Former Employee - Banking in Richmond, VA

I worked at Capital One full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Interaction will co-workers was enjoyable. Overall opportunities available across credit card and banking divisions are adequate.

    Cons

Lack of diversity. Typical brown-nosing necessary to be seen as a good worker. Unfortunately, working relationships were built on physical similarities and were often used in justification of an employee being a good fit.

    No opinion of CEO
