    Pros

Fun motivating things to help employees feel recognized and important.

    Cons

Sales focused instead of customer focused. Employees are often ridiculed by upper management when not hitting sales goals.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on helping employees as opposed to making them feel bad for not hitting sales goals.

    Pros

benefits are the best thing about this job. the tuition reimbursement was really good.

    Cons

the managers are sour people. They mess up big and cover it up or blame it on people below them. the pay is very low compared to others.

    Advice to Management

for the sake of longevity they need people who are understanding and able to work with others. HR does follow up on complaints but nothing ever changes. they need to maybe send managers to etiquette classes. people are not animals.
