I have been working at Capital One full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Extremely flexible working conditions. Great people that care about their jobs but provide a strong sense of team as well. Management is approachable and open to feedback/concerns. Overall a great place to work where you will be treated as a person and real world events (family passing, illness, etc) are reasonably accommodated.

Cons

High expectations (though not unrealistic) provide a strong challenge each and every day. Not really a con but some days can be more stressful than others.

I worked at Capital One full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

benefits are the best thing about this job. the tuition reimbursement was really good.

    Cons

the managers are sour people. They mess up big and cover it up or blame it on people below them. the pay is very low compared to others.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

for the sake of longevity they need people who are understanding and able to work with others. HR does follow up on complaints but nothing ever changes. they need to maybe send managers to etiquette classes. people are not animals.
