    Pros

-employees are enthusiastic and believe they are the best in industry

-individual teams are islands operating by their own rules

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-focus on improving talent and training management. Capital One has an opportunity to be better than they are by hiring strategic thinkers, moving away from a wild west mentality and standardizing certain aspects of employee experiences.
