Pros

Young and energetic atmosphere. Friendly people with lots of extra-curricular activities. Fair compensation relative to other companies i have worked for. Pretty solid place to launch a career.

Cons

Some what chaotic at times. Communication can be difficult when reach outside of your team. Up-or-out atmosphere that can be cut-throat.
