Cons

Overly competitive; incompetent management. No job security. Layoffs are possible at any time. Employees must move around in order to feel safe.

Advice to Senior Management

Consider that everyone's situation is different. Acheivement should not be in comparison to others. Promotions should be fair, not based on popularity.
