Pros

good benefits especially the 401k plan. Nice and smart people to work with. A good starting place for college graduates.

Cons

A lot of politics in some departments. Many silos. Too many VPs from its legacy business. Underutilized MBS talents throughout the organization.

Advice to Senior Management

Break down silos. Cut layers of management. Cut VPs, especially those legacy ones. Consider career development for MBAs and mid-level professionals.
