    Pros

    Great principals, lots of awards and recognition, good opportunities to crate exposure.

    Cons

    No much room for promotion. High employee / manager ratio. Development is focus on your employees, not on you.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your front managers. They are overwhelmed. There is a poor cultural integration and poor engagement. Do the right thing for them.

    Pros

    Commitment to community. Will allow 4 hrs paid time off to volunteer, including onsite opportunities yearly. Customer service department focused on customer experience and quality. Happy and fun work environment. Quality is rewarded.

    Cons

    Collection department focused on numbers and not customer experience Employees who i.e. hang up on low paying customers to boost their numbers rewarded at the expense of employees who go the extra mile to provide quality service. Expect employee concerns to be disregarded on the Collections side. Fewer opportunities for female employees on Collections side.

    Advice to Management

    Quality matters more than financially rewarding high collecting employees and managers with low ethical standards.
