    I have been working at Capital One full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great people to work with! Very knowledgeable groups that work together well to put out excellent results. Their work/life balance philosophy is top notch. Flexible with schedules so you are able to take care of your family life as well as your work life.

    Cons

    Not a lot of opportunity for promotions at the Las Vegas site. But at their Richmond and McLean, VA sites that is not the case.

    Capital One does care about the associates, invest in training, compensation, new technologies, methodologies

    Cons

    Culture is a bit arrogant, everybody knows more than the other and they say so, but not many can show it.

    Recognize talented people in public more often, focus more n the doing part and not just the talking or power point/presentation skills
