Smart people all around, opportunities to learn everyday, doing cutting edge things all are mentally fulfilling

Cons

Big organization, sometimes can got lost on what the company was up to. Commuting to Richmond can be too route at times.

    Training was very informative and not rushed

    Cons

    Scheduling was horrible after the training period

    All managers complained that they made more working on the phones with commission

    Serious salary caps and undereducated managers.
