Pros

Great pay scale. Better than all other places ive worked. Great place to learn how to fix cars and get great experience in a broad variety of cars.

Cons

Not alot of negative. Job based on hourly productivity so can be rough in the slower months. Base pay on the scale is low so you must stay busy to make money

Advice to Senior Management

Higher base pay for employees.
