ProsGood business culture with high respect and integrity by associates
Unbelievable growth potential

ConsPay scale is very behind for Sales Managers considering their growing responsibility for resolving all customer issues, unrealistic sales development programs, and ultimate accountability for security of a multi-million dollar inventory every night. At-risk compensation component is very disproportionate.

Advice to Senior ManagementRe-evaluate the Sales Manager base-pay before meeting a retention challenge for upcoming growth.
