    I worked at CarMax full-time

    Pros

    Business Casual Attire. Wearing jeans was great. Seeing coworkers wear the equivalent of pajamas to work every day was even better.

    Cons

    Offices and Stores in Atlanta have been in need of renovations for a while, but it hasn't been a priority. Some of the locations are pretty disgusting environments for Employees to work in. Compensation offered is very low to Employees, especially to Store Associates and Supervisors. If this doesn't prevent you from joining the company, then prepare to work on Windows 95 and on a computer that is a little old.

    I have been working at CarMax part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Working with great customers. Not micromanaged. Training is very helpful, keeping up to date.

    Cons

    New consultants our held to different expectations. Veteran consultants get a lot more slack, held to different expectations
