Pros

-Everyone is really funny and friendly
-The trainee is amazing at training
-Lots of customer service gained
-Very nice customers (family oriented)

Cons

- Too many side duties, fridge garbage windex etc
- Sometimes the managers are very demanding
- Not everyone treated equally
- The managers are very young

Keep up the good customer service.

    Pros

    It is a fast paced retail environment, where one has the opportunity to grow from a normal worker to manager. Lots of hours are offered.

    Cons

    Very busy and tiring work. One has to deal with hot environment at the grill to cutting vegetables, and preparing salads.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Individuals should be allowed to move up the ladder with time. Managers should not be too young such as fresh graduates from a local college.

    Pros

    Base salary is generally good
    Good place for new marketing professionals to learn
    If you are extremely driven and willing to work hard and be political you can learn a lot and go far

    Cons

    Leadership not approachable or friendly
    While the environment seems quite open with no walls, the actual culture is not open
    Very top-down communication and strategy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to employees on the front lines more
    Respect people's time - eg don't pull leaders out of meetings, be late, etc
