Cara Operations – “Not a company I would consider”

Pros

Nice work environment. New office with modern desks.

Cons

No real direction. No company vision even if it had one it would not follow it. Poor employee relations. Not an environment that i would say fosters growth or hard work.

Advice to Senior Management

They need a new senior management group. The CEO needs to be replaced with someone who realy understands the penny business the company is in. I would go so far to say that the family that owns Cara needs to sell it before there is no book value left.
