Pros

Some groups within the company are excellent, with competent management and a very challenging work place. There is great opportunity here!

Cons

Work hours can be long, discontinued 401K matching, multi-level management structure can lead to disorganization from the top down, no new business in a long time.

Advice to Senior Management

The new offices are very nice, but please bring back the 401K matching. There needs to be more accountability for the lack of business, hire more people instead of putting pressure on employees to cover the slack.
