Cardinal Health – “The people are nice but senior management doesn't value their employees.”
Pros
People in the lower positions are great. The work the company does is something to be proud of.
Cons
They consider it as "letting the inmates run the asylum" when considering employee wants and desires in relation to job movement.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't let good employees walk away.
